BRIGANTIAN WHISPERS II

'The Wellhouse' was the first story to be written in the 'Brigantian Whispers' Series and is my personal favourite. The finished work being of novelette length, I felt that if included on the original site it would have 'unbalanced' the other stories. So it was dropped. As most of my earlier sites were hosted on hard-to-get-and-maintain free web servers, to give 'The Wellhouse' its own site would have been profligate. Now in 2006, with my own web domain I feel able to give the story the presentation it has long deserved.Hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!
